Sunday English Island
3 November, 20083 November, 2008 2 comments Uncategorized Uncategorized

There is an English Island in zj park. Every Sunday, some pwople who like English or who want to practise their oral English go there.

And I among them, not only like ,but also for practising, go there almost every Sunday.

On Sunday, the island sems like a noisy viliage market, kids, teenagers, adults and even old ladies with snowy hair, amony whom college students are the main force.

Sometimes, I can not find one with relevantly the same English level there. And just to talk with different people but the same content, such as "What is your name?" "Where are youfrom"etc. Tudt for this boring questions, some of my classmates hate coming there. Admittedly, it is an embarrassing thing for two strangers have nothing to say after introducing themselves.

Why can not I change this situation? How could I find more words to avoid emvarrasment? Thinking of this, I keep on going there.

Now I have three friends there, a primary boy, a railway station officer and an old lady. I am cherishing them very much.   Of cource, I am lucky, that should be pleased, but the looming pressure distulbs me every time after I return. "What is your academic major? Whst is your advantge?" These questions very much on my mind. In fact, my major is medical English, exactly for TCM. And now, I am a

    Lily,
I am going to Zhengzhou in August. Maybe we can hang out and help each other with our languages. I'm going to Zhengzhou to teach English at a middle school, and I want to practice my Chinese as well. Send me a message back if this interests you!
